UPS United Parcel Service sends absurd demand letters

Well in follow up. UPS Delivered to my  four year old address, and are sorry for the inconvenience, of course,  completely bereft on resolutions though.  In short this is another one of those companies with a U that means U the customer suck,  same letter that U-Haul have. Frankly the measure of a company is not when things are going well  that’s a base level of service, you don’t like providing it get out of the business and let others do so,  but the way problems are handled. UPS will not handle this,  they are not going to pick up the item and send it on  but carry out an investigation then tell the shipping store.. not the sender THE STORE.

They need to change their line to  we apoligise for the inconvenience to ..  we apologise for the incompetence.

    UPS wasn’t the shipper that send you the package, they were the delivery company! You should be annoyed with yourself, or the company that you purchased the product from?

    I should be annoyed with myself or the shipper why? They entered in the wrong address in the UPS store and when they failed to deliver it here in AZ they sent it to an address in California that I’d vacated 4 years prior. Hence I am glad you phrased it as a question. No I am not annoyed with myself for ordering an item that required shipping it across country.
