It’s one thing both parties believing that a majority of those that vote = mandate to redistribute wealth according to their idealogy being a practical fact. A victory for Hillary would totally spoil any illusion I have left that the United States has managed to usurp America.

By the same logic we can’t trust the United states citizenry to elect those that would make these decisions. Tis a pickle.

“We can’t afford to have that money go to the private sector.”
Of course, the money is IN the private sector, where it is generated, until the government takes it. Washington needs to comprehend that the value behind the money they print is generated by WORK, and that value is OWNED by the people who do that work, not the people who print the money, which is merely used to symbolize it.
I had it on good authority it was the wizard at the federal treasury that conjured wealth into existence. If only the money still symbolized a unit of work we’d not be as totally fucked as, oh wait, sorry I meant you guys;) wouldn’t be as totally fucked;)
