Nextel hell Try 14000 > in which they tell me that regardless of service available I have to fulfill a contract they refuse to provide me.
Follow up to my Nextel experience. I’m almost losing hope, they have admitted, and I do have a name to the they , etc but for now holding back that service level is immaterial to my case. They have over subscribed the region I am in, and as I said want to make nice by sending me different phones ( materially not better than the ones I possess) and , THE BALLS OF THESE PEOPLE,
They claim that their is NO SUCH LANGUAGE in the contract about them having to release anyone whose materially affected by the lack of service or in fact that even if all towers exploded in the region and no service was possible the fact I still signed a contract, a contract that if you’ve been paying attention that they claim doesn’t exist and can’t be sent to me.
They will not send me a copy of the contract I signed
They will not send me a copy of the contract from the time period I signed
They will not cancel phones that won’t work in peak hours re congestion that they admit.
They do insist that I agreed on two more years with them by calling up and switching an option off, OFF!!! This shower of bastards is so heading for a class action that for once I’m going to sign up for a process i have immense distaste for.
I’m going to ask a lawyer friend how they can refuse to prove I am liable for an item I didn’t sign for.
