re account. I had them cancel the two lines after much pain. I was to return a phone to them in a dhl envelope which they would provide, non arrived. I’ve tried since last Friday night to have them send me a label. Here’s the resultant mail.
Please check the notes on the account to see that the service was closed out on two lines and that there was a label supposed to be sent for the phone I was trying out. I’ve called in 5 times this last week to get a label sent, you’re system was updating on one occasion , the dept that was handling it was closed on two occasions I was dumped during transfer x2 and a nextel rep I called that was dealing with it transfed me to another party to deal with it who promptly said they can’t hear my call and dumped me.
What I would like is the label to return the nextel phone prior to you attempting to charge me for it. failing that please get the manager that called me prior to sort this whole mess out. Since it’s happening all over again I shouldn’t need to call this many times to have one simple request handled.
