Californication with education. Teachers must be qualified unless… you work for the state:D
My ex wife used to teach in CA but they waived her need for a certificate since they were so short of qualified teachers. The same situation I believe exists today but there’s a fun ruling that if upheld could practically prevent parents from teaching their kids in the manner they see fitting.
